    5. Trejo’s Mexican Restaurant, 1833 W Court St., Pasco

Trejo’s is one of quite a few places serving excellent authentic Mexican food. Stop in and order a combination of traditional street tacos and Tacos Dorados. Definitely try these tasty tacos, but don’t forget to order favorites like the burritos and the enchiladas. 4. 5 Salsas, 2105 S 1st St., Yakima

Next, find this taco truck on First Street in Yakima (typically open Wednesday – Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.). As the name indicates, they do serve five homemade salsas, which you can drizzle on the best tacos ever. Those homemade salsas? Well, you’ll have to choose which spiciness you prefer. If you like your salsa really hot, try La Perrona (The Awesome One), which is the hottest of all of the salsas. For the mildest, order the De Mi Vieja (the Wifey’s Salsa).
